Our CareAdvantage Navigators are available to provide personalized service. Our Navigators speak Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, and Russian. Interpreters are available to assist with other languages. Call us when you need to:

Ask general and specific questions about your CareAdvantage benefits

  Change your doctor (primary care physician)
  Get a new member ID card
  Get information about your prescription drug benefit
  Ask about eligibility
  Make a complaint
  Our call center hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Health Plan of San Mateo, 701 Gateway, Suite 400, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
