If you speak a language other than English, you have the right to ask for an interpreter at no cost when you are:
- Talking on the phone or in person to HPSM staff or your provider and their staff.
- Getting medicine at the pharmacy.
HPSM, your provider or their staff cannot ask you to use your friends or family to translate. HPSM may share your preferred language with your provider.
