Urgent Health Care Advice for HPSM Members by Phone Anytime

When HPSM members have urgent health questions and their providers are not available, they can call our Nurse Advice Line toll-free at 1-833-846-8773

Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer questions about their symptoms. Nurses can tell members if they need urgent care (which means they should see a doctor within 24 hours) or if they can wait a few days. Sometimes nurses may give advice for self-care at home.

The Nurse Advice Line is for members’ urgent health questions. For questions about HPSM benefits, they should call Member Services or the CareAdvantage Unit.
