When HPSM members have urgent health questions and their providers are not available, they can call our Nurse Advice Line toll-free at 1-833-846-8773.
Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer questions about their symptoms. Nurses can tell members if they need urgent care (which means they should see a doctor within 24 hours) or if they can wait a few days. Sometimes nurses may give advice for self-care at home.
The Nurse Advice Line is for members’ urgent health questions. For questions about HPSM benefits, they should call Member Services or the CareAdvantage Unit.
