HPSM Members Can Get Urgent Medical and Dental Advice When You Are Not Available

Urgent medical advice: HPSM members can call our no-cost Nurse Advice Line at 1-833-846-8773 for health concerns about themselves or their child.

Registered nurses are available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week to tell members:

  • If they can do self-care at home. 
  • What to do if symptoms get worse.
  • How soon to see a healthcare provider.

Urgent dental advice: HPSM members can call Dentistry.One at 1-844-240-1883 to speak with someone right away or schedule a virtual session. Or they can set up an online account at https://dentistry.one/hpsm.

Dentistry.One virtual dental care lets HPSM Medi-Cal and CareAdvantage members talk to a dentist or Oral Health Coach live on video or by phone from anywhere at no cost. 

To get video-based virtual dental advice, members need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. The device must have a microphone, camera and internet connection. 

  • Members can also get voice-only dental advice using a flip-phone or landline. 
  • Members who need interpreter services during a virtual dental session can let Dentistry.One know.
