HPSM's Nurse Advice Line
If you are worried about your health, HPSM has a nurse advice line open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1-833-846-8773 if your healthcare provider is not available.
Registered nurses are ready to answer questions about your symptoms. They can tell you:
- How soon to see a healthcare provider.
- What to do if your symptoms get worse.
- What you can do at home to start feeling better.
This service is available at no cost to HPSM members. Please have your HPSM Member ID card ready when you call.
Are you looking for a primary care provider (PCP)? Your PCP is a doctor or other healthcare professional that you see for regular checkups and health concerns. Your PCP supports your overall health and can answer questions about your health. If you do not have a PCP already, learn how to choose one or contact HPSM Customer Support (see below).
For emergencies:
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For questions about your prescriptions or refills:
Call your healthcare provider or local pharmacy. HPSM’s Nurse Advice Line cannot prescribe medicines or refills.
For other questions:
Call one of HPSM’s Customer Support teams if you have questions about HPSM, your benefits or covered services, such as:
- How to search for a provider using the online directory.
- What mental health services are covered.
- What you can do using HPSM’s Member Portal.
