HPSM offers several payment incentive programs for primary care providers (PCPs), nursing facilities and specialists. Our new Incentive Payments microsite explains how to earn bonus payments by meeting specific performance measures.
- PCPs treating Medi-Cal and CareAdvantage members can earn bonus payments through HPSM’s Benchmark Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Programs. Medi-Cal providers can also get up to 30% additional capitation for meeting panel engagement benchmarks.
- Nursing facilities can earn bonus payments through the Nursing Facility Quality Payment Program (NFQPP). Long-term care facilities can earn bonus payments through the Community Discharge and Retention Incentive for Long-Term Care.
- Specialists contracted through Medi-Cal, HealthWorx or CareAdvantage can earn payments equaling 175% of Medi-Cal allowable rates.
