Preventive Care

Take Steps to Prevent Disease and Injury

Preventive care is about eating a healthy diet, getting proper exercise, and being your best.

As a member of HPSM, your benefits include access to health education classes and materials on how to live well and be healthy. We have classes and materials on a variety of topics like asthma, diabetes, weight management, and how to stop smoking.

Classes are available to members in our Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, HealthWorx, and CareAdvantage programs. At this time, San Mateo County ACE participants are eligible to receive only education materials.
