Share your feedback to improve healthcare for all HPSM members
Ensuring our members have access to high-quality healthcare is our top priority. To succeed, we need help from the people who get our services: our members. You have firsthand experience with what’s already working well and what we could do better. You can share your insights and help us improve healthcare for all HPSM members by joining our CAC.
The CAC is a team made up of HPSM members (and their family members), consumer advocates and representatives from local community organizations. They meet for 90 minutes every three months at HPSM’s South San Francisco office to:
- Review HPSM policies to make sure they support members’ needs.
- Discuss major services that impact members’ healthcare experience.
- Learn about new programs before they start.
- Get updates from HPSM's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer.
- Advise the San Mateo Health Commission on how HPSM can best serve members.
CAC participants get lunch at each meeting they attend and a stipend.
